The game is offered as a no download for quick access to spinning. Slotland continually strives to bring its players fun and exciting games, bonuses, and promotions, as one of our most popular and trusted approved online casinos.

Slotland released the all-new Greatest Hits slots game this past week. boasting a five-reel, 19-payline, no-download slots game with a bonus game where players can top the charts with their gold and platinum records and multiply their winnings up to five times, Greatest Hits is a retro-style tribute to the music industry.

The Scatter and three Discs trigger is the hit record “Disc” symbol, the unique bonus game where wannabe music moguls release a new album and sell as many records as possible before the album loses its “Hype.” If the Popularity Meter drops to zero the bonus game ends, although when an album tops the charts or goes on tour Hype increases. Albums continue to sell as long as the bonus game continues earning diamond, platinum, gold, silver awards. These multiply winnings by 5x, 4x, 3x and 2x.

50 Free Chips will be given to 10 randomly selected Greatest Hits players every day until May 14. A total prize pool of $3,500 will be awarded. Greatest Hits celebrations will continue throughout May. On Facebook, there will be a contest next week where players will be sharing screen shots of their own greatest hits. To players that try the new game, the Best Bettor contest May 21-27 will award $2250.

Greatest Hits is one of Slotland’s 25 one-of-a-kind video poker games and video slots. Several are also available as mobile slots. The new Greatest Hits is tied to the site’s progressive jackpot, which was reset after recent $68K, and $181K wins and is currently over $70,000, like most of the casino’s slots games.

Online Casinos have been around for almost 20 years. The winner takes all jackpots very often in online casinos although when they do the earning potential can be huge. When online casino players win big they don’t normally post very much personal info but here are a few of the big winners that have come out of online casinos much richer than when they went in.
The Microgaming One Million Euros Grand Slam of Slots Tournament is one of the most prominent tournaments to talk about that was finished this past year. On the internet, this was one of the biggest online tournament cash pools that have ever been held. The pot was take home by “Pattoned”, a gamer, but no other details were listed. Of almost 1.3 million Euros is what he took home the gigantic pool. There was a first prize of 1 million Euros and about 300,000 euros of prize money given away also, aside from the main pool.
There have been other recent winners in online casinos that are worthy of note, while the 1.3 million euro jackpot can hardly be compared to. Diego C. of Rome, Italy walked away with over 10,000 Euros from that one weekend and won the Mega Moolah 5-Reel Drive Progressive Bonus slot.
Adrian K is another great example of a big winner. In a single weekend by playing two different slot games, he won over $40,000.
In online casinos, there have been a lot of other big winners but it is very hard to gather information about them as casinos protect their privacy. A lot of money can be mad from online gambling and it is happening more and more as its popularity increases, this thing is for sure.

As the debate for online gambling continues, another big company just made a move to hinder those that wanted a smooth transition.

VISA is following the lead of MasterCard by blocking all payments or transactions made to online casinos. This is done by either identifying the coded “online gambling” tags or by using routing payment merchants.

This move will not have quite the effect that MasterCard did but it is still a concerning factor for many online casino operators. It is apparent that both of these companies have blocked these kinds of payments here in America, but it is not clear if this ban will be worldwide.

The Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act forbids banks and other financial institutions to be involved in transfers between online casinos. This is probably a main reason why these big companies have dropped these types of payments. The regulations from this act will go into effect Jun. 1, so these companies have probably made the move in order to avoid any problems come this summer.

There have been some problems because there are certain online casinos that continue to advertise VISA credit card transfers on their sites. In time these discrepancies will be resolved, but it is apparent that there will need to be some changes made in the gambling industry if they want their online casinos to continue to thrive. Having these two huge financial institutions is a big warning sign for online gambling as a whole.
